ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
Bright Minds Pre–Primary School is a child-centred learning programme that promotes child’s development through self-learning. It aims to help the children attain excellence in all five areas of learning and development by choosing a set of carefully chosen activities, events and experiences in a specially structured environment to help child internalize his knowledge of world and re-express it in his own way.
CHILDREN DEVELOP SKILLS IN FIVE MAIN AREAS OF DEVELOPMENT:
Gross Motor Skill Development :Gross motor skills utilize larger muscle groups and require less precision. A key to developing gross motor skills is understanding what the body can do.
Fine Motor Skill Development: Fine motor skills are achieved when children learn to use their smaller muscles, like muscles in the hands, fingers, and wrists. Mastery of fine motor skills requires precision and coordination.
Social and Emotional Development: Social development involves learning the values, knowledge and skills that enable children to relate to others effectively and to contribute in positive ways to family, school and the community.
Speech and Language Development : Language is our system of using words to communicate. A child who is surrounded by speech and language all the time usually learns language skills faster.
Cognitive Development : Cognitive skill development in children involves the progressive building of learning skills, such as attention, memory and thinking. These crucial skills enable children to process sensory information and eventually learn to evaluate, analyse, remember, make comparisons and understand cause and effect.

Preschool years are essential to a child’s social, emotional and cognitive development, and a good quality preschool curriculum can be of extreme benefit to long-term academic success.
At Bright Minds Pre-Primary School we have activities designed to cover all learning areas in a fun, exciting and enjoyable way. Our endeavour is to make a real difference in the lives of tiny tots and learning is fun can resonate with children for the rest of their lives. Our passion is to bring out the best in the students.
Parent’s active involvement enables the child to extend their learning beyond the walls off the classroom. Children feel more confident in their outlook towards classroom learning and active participation on part of parents gives them an incentive to learn better.
Early childhood education is critical to the success of children but parents and teachers together can make an exponential difference in a child’s journey of learning as they continue through elementary school.
